Devi Siddhidattri is the Goddess
who initiates us into the Martian energy within ourselves.

.

Her ritual themes include:

Love,
Perversion,
Magical powers,
Isolation,
The Outsider,
Not fitting in,
Mysteries of the Deep

Devi Siddhidattri is the bringer of magic.

Her 9th night concludes the 9 nights of the Goddess ritual of Navaratri.

Devi Siddhidattri literally means the teacher of magic.

Siddhi means magic and Dattri means giver or teacher.

A title for a Siddha Yogin is Siddhi Dattri, which means a teacher of magic.

Devi Siddhidattri is embodied as
the teacher of feminine magical power

There are 9 Siddhi’s in Tantra

Each Siddhi pertains to each of the 9 planetary energies.

Each Graha (‘planet’) pulls on a physical, emotional and spiritual theme within us.

The 9 forces pull out our latent Karma from the deep soil of soul… gradually uprooting everything that obscures the Rose of Shakti.

By resolving each planetary force within us, we open the Karmic knots pertaining to each planet.

9 types of illusion, conflict and drama within us are potentially resolved through Grah Shanti practices of inner planetary healing.

By resolving the Karmic themes related to each planet, we gain the Siddhi of that particular planetary aspect.

Unresolved planetary energies can pull the spirit from the seat of union.

Unresolved planetary themes can keep us in a planetary constellation of Karmic drama within… orbiting around in disempowering illusions.

The integration, resolving and learning of the Karmic lessons of each of the 9 planets within, confers it’s Siddhi (magical power) to us.

Devi Siddhidattri presents the final door to feminine power.

When studying and learning the Tantric way of the 9 Siddhis, let us consider that there are 27 siddhis in all. 9 x 3 = 27.

This means that each Siddhi exists upon a physical, emotional/mental and spiritual level.

The secret 9th siddhi is known as Priya-Siddhi.

This is the power to love, and to be considered, as the ultimate of all Siddhis, far exceeding all the other magical powers

Tantra is the path of healing,
and is rich in a tapestry of devotion, method and perspective
that can help to weave the way of Love

On this day, the whole spectrum of nine planetary Goddesses have completed a cycle and come into our physical, emotional/mental and spiritual orbit.

They have come through the intermediary of the 9 planetary forces.

Upon the Navaratri night of Siddhidattri Devi, her foot takes the form of a Moonbeam coming down to earth from the dark side of the Moon.

Meditate if you will, upon her image, where she be seated in Guru Asan.

Feminine lunar force pours into the body/spirit complex and penetrates the sacred heart on her night.

The courage to go into far off and fearsomely forgotten places is conferred by Siddhidattri Devi’s planet which is Ketu.

Ketu is the deep South node of the Moon.

The power of love comes and grows from the soil of the courage to go where he takes us… unto the Rose of Shakti.

May we be blessed with the greatest Siddhi of all:

Love.

Potent depth is the planetary energy of Ketu.

This be the final initiation of the soul… The initiation of Love

Ketu is the planet of magic and deep dark occult austerity, yes.

But the teaching story reveals to us that Ketu it was, who gave the power of love to Shukra (Venus).

On this 9th lunar day, the dark side of the Moon is to meditated profoundly upon.

It represents the feminine half that breaks into the illuminated half..

‘Tis the nurturing womb of Shakti.

NAVARATRI

THE 9 NIGHTS OF THE GODDESS

We will go through the nine nights of Nava Ratri
In honour the Nava (nine) Tantric Goddesses.
Devotional Grah Shanti ritual of the Nava Grah.
Grah Shanti is the practice of healing the
feminine reception of the 9 planets within us.
Inner planetary healing can melt frozen states
of consciousness & liberate us from afflictions.

The nine nights of Navaratri take us through a planetary story of the feminine force of Shakti… Blooming like a rose in a yearning midnight garden.

Lovers of the Goddess in all her forms, are welcomed to this 9 night long ritual of Goddess worship.

The Goddess comes in many forms. She is the mother, sister, friend and lover.

Oh and she is the mystery.

The Tantric honours the Goddess in all her aspects.

Each of the Navaratri nights of the Goddess, is an initiation into the feminine expressions of the 9 planets.

These 9 Tantric planetary rituals attempt to align to subtle energies that nature presents to us on earth at this astrologicaly aligned annual junction.

Navaratri is a time of honouring the Goddess through performing Grah Shanti.

Grah Shanti is the Yogic practice of balancing the planetary energies within the heart, mind, body and soul.

Tantric Navaratri ritual works with practices that pertain to each particular aspect of the ninefold Goddess of eternity.

We will align to the subtle astral forces through the intermediary of the 9 Goddesses of the night forces known as Nava Devi.

The Nava Devi are each embodiments of the nine planetary maneuvers that take place astrally at this time.

We will take 9 nights to work with the planetary energies that possess the soul.

A planet is called a Grah by the Yogins.

Collectively known as the Navagrah (nine planets). Grah literally means ‘that which pulls us out of our seat.

What is the seat of the soul?

When a Grah pulls us, we do not see from a place of union, but rather are pulled into participation in the dualities, dramas of dreams of a disempowering reality.

Such dreams and dramas have no reality when we are sat in the seat of our soul…

Oh but they can seem altogether too real to us when we are involved in the midst of them.

The Tantric voyage is a path of gradually bringing awareness and healing to the unconscious ‘realities’ that wrap the soul in dreams and dramas of unreality.

The potential for resolving our inner Karmic-constellations exists when we learn the Karmic lessons that the planets present to us.

Navaratri is such a ritual time of inner healing… by going into the inner feminine reception of the Navagrah (nine planets)

We learn these lessons of destiny by integrating and resolving any unconscious knots of energy that bind the sacred heart.

All are welcome to this 9 night-long ritual initiation into the 9 planetary Goddesses of the night forces.

Ancient Tantra

These ancient Tantric healing circles come from a left hand line of Indian Tantra, rare to find even in India today. You will take part in a sacred Yogic tradition that roots itself in Indian lineage handed down orally between generations of Yogis, Babas, Sadhus and Fakirs.
You will be exposed to the old Tantric ways of profound healing and spiritual practice, including practicing in darkly-lit spaces and awakening the senses to the body’s subtle energy currents, holding simple postures for long periods of time, and engaging in powerful breath-work and inner and outer Mantra to open-up the body and take the mind into altered states of consciousness.
The practice draws on postures seldom used in modern styles of yoga, ancient sequences that honour the mother and the feminine, gently opening-up the body to its highest levels of flexibility.
Integral to this work is the exploration of sound-currents present in the body, perhaps one of Yoga’s greatest secrets and one of the most powerful vehicles through which the Karmic. patterns stored in the Chakras can be accessed and resolved.

Boonath in Bhandgiriasan

The practice usually takes place in the dark or darkly-lit spaces.
